Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

4.3 Transaction Currency

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This welcome bonus is subject to the following conditions:

• The total bonus amount (deposit + bonus) must meet a 20x wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A user may use a specific bonus offer only once.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progress through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity and contributions on the platform. uz222 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on uz222 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are conducted without any interference from uz222 or third parties.

6.2 Game Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a software error or connection failure, uz222 may cancel that round and refund the bet amount. uz222 is not liable for any incorrect payout displayed as a result of a technical error. Any winnings may be voided if an error is evident.

6.3 Sports Betting

The following applies to the sports betting section:

• A bet once placed cannot be changed or withdrawn (unless a cash-out option is available).
• If a match is cancelled or only partially completed, the relevant bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Bets will be settled based on official results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uz222 platform:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other players.
• Misconduct toward uz222 staff.
